Enter your information below to receive an email or text message from one of our speech language therapists with the consent form, child and family information form and BASS screener. The speech language therapist will also schedule a 20 minute zoom call with you and your child (at your convenience). During the zoom call, your child will be asked to label simple pictures in English. Once the zoom assessment is complete you will receive a $50 Target or Fred Meyer gift card. Please Note: To ensure our sample is representative of the U.S. population, we are looking for 2-6 year old Black, Indigenous, Asian, Hispanic/Latino/a, and multiracial children.
